Hello,
Glad you're here.
Hello,
Glad you're here.
ADDE's Origin Story
Jenny Isabel, on ADDE:
"I've worked in the high-tech industrial engineering and design industry for twenty-five years both as a direct employee and as contracted support.
It's not out of obligation (or to avoid irony) that I say they were all fulfilling and enjoyable years. The past three though were my most enjoyable and satisfying at a pretty personal level.
I switched from being one of the experienced lead members of a design team to designing and then facilitating intensive project onboarding trainings for upwards of 75 new designers and engineers from a handful of countries and providing them further support as they needed it. It was only meant to be a temporary switch, a temporary role.
But getting to be part of their origin story as they entered the industry and got their feet under them on projects was immeasurably rewarding and sparked a new interest.
ADDE is a culmination of my years of experience in the industry, and the new interest.
It's a way of working in the high-tech industry (utilizing my experience and knowledge of it) while getting to facilitate and support others' entry into it.
Though it is a business, I view ADDE as a project with talent behind it, running it; much like the projects of clients we would together support."
Employment with ADDE
Perspective
ADDE provides professional outsourcing solutions to companies in the high-tech industry; it's an undertaking and endeavor to help clients with their projects.
The aim is to navigate existing opportunities and to create new ones. And to create for ourselves varied project experiences, skills, and connections.
This is done by way of ADDE employees taking on External ADDE Project Assignments and working on Internal ADDE Projects.
To clarify and define what those mean:
External ADDE Project Assignments involve augmenting various roles on a clients' project team. Your day-to-day activities will be dictated and directed by the client as you execute project work alongside other members of their project team.
Internal ADDE Projects involve executing various defined scopes of work for a client. Your day-to-day interactions will be dictated and directed by ADDE as you execute project work alongside other ADDE team members. There will be some client interaction on Internal ADDE Projects.
ADDE's categories of employment are direct-hire, full-time (for External ADDE Project Assignments) and direct-hire, full- to part-time (for Internal ADDE Projects)
Employment Opportunities
ADDE's opportunities for employment are categorized by the External and Internal means of client support.

ADDE, as an Employer
Location
ADDE was created as (and itself operates as) a location independent business. The keystone principles ADDE operates by will keep us connected letting us advance together while meeting client needs.
A few side notes on that:
Some External ADDE Project Assignments for engineering roles will be fully remote while other assignment opportunities will need in-person support. (Whether the assignment can be done remotely or if it has to be done in-person is based on and determined by the needs of the client.)
External ADDE Project Assignments for design roles are fully remote. So are roles on Internal ADDE Projects.
Compensation Expectations
You will be paid at an introductory hourly rate during your first sixty (60) days of employment. During this sixty day ‘introductory’ period, your fit for the role is observed -by you, by the client, by ADDE.
After sixty days and after meeting a defined set of expectations (which will be shared with you ahead of time), your pay will bump up to the regular hourly rate. (Your regular hourly rate and your introductory rate will be presented to you in your offer letter).
